When I retired, I decided that any month I wasn’t off travelling, I’d go on a Little Adventure. A place or activity I’ve never experienced, just to keep things fresh.
On Friday, Megan (of the Canada and Alaska trip) and I drove to the Moorabbin Town Hall and tried our luck at Drag Bingo.

The tickets said to bring a cold platter to the table. Megan bought the tickets, so she made the execurtive decision to bring a block of Whitackers Hazelnut Dairy Milk as our platter. That was fine by me!

Our drag queens were Gabriella Labucci (of Downunder Drag Race fame) and Abra KaDebra. It was a silly night with some lip-synching, some songs and of course, some bingo.

Those sculpted hips are everything…
Sadly, neither of us won a game, but them’s the breaks.
I guess I was Fortunate Frogdancer in another area… next week I fly to Nepal. My original dates would have meant that I would have been there when the tragedy unfolded.
At first I felt a bit weird when I heard that the tour was still going ahead. But I guess Nepal needs tourist dollars more than ever now…
